All products are covered by our 12 month guarantee from date of purchase.

 

RETURNS POLICY

When you purchase from a distance on-line or by e-mail (without having seen the goods at all) you have a statutory right to a 14 day ‘cooling off’ period from the delivery date. During this period you can return the goods to us and we will process a refund (excluding the delivery cost).

Distance selling regulations only apply to your order if the goods have not been custom made to your specification.

The item must be returned to us safely within 7 days in the same condition as it was delivered to you. Where possible in the original packaging, new, unused, unmarked etc, at your own expense. Alternatively, if you wish to have the return items collected by us we will be happy to provide a quote. Any item showing signs of damage wear & tear or mishandling will not be accepted by us.

No credit or refund will be given for any goods ordered in error by the customer. Neither will they be given for any goods damaged due to incorrect handling or storage or due to any misuse by the customer. Please contact us via email before returning any goods to explain why you want to return your item.

 

DAMAGES

Before you sign for your item in ‘good condition’ please check the packaging fully for any signs of damage – rips or tears, even if it only looks minor; sign for the goods as ‘damaged’. If the box is not damaged or after unpacking, checking your goods they are found to be damaged you must inform us within 7 days with pictures and written details of the damage. We must have written notification via email to process any claim within 7 days of receipt.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS


Items specifically made to order for example additional width, height, change of fabrics are classed as bespoke. We are unable to accept returns on these items unless broken or damaged in transit.
